Christmas Delivery

We know Christmas is a big deal for you all, and we want to make sure you get your goodies in time for the big day! This year, to guarantee delivery before Christmas, you need to get your orders in before 2pm on Friday 20th December in the UK. For international deliveries, we recommend getting your orders in way before this 

Note: We *may* be able to get your UK orders to you before Christmas as late as Saturday 21st, but please contact as before-hand.

We currently offer delivery to most European countries, the USA and Australia. Please note that delivery times are estimates only, and can occasionally take longer.

Easy Returns

You can return most orders to us within 30 days for a full refund, or to exchange it for a different size if it just didn't quite fit right.

We don't currently offer free returns, so the cost of delivery is down to the customer. However, if it's our mistake then we will of course offer to send out a pre-paid delivery label to cover the cost of the return. 

It's the responsibility of the customer until the return arrives back at our warehouse, so we always recommend opting for a trackable delivery option.

The big print

  • Have a faulty or incorrect item or received the wrong item? Let us know first & we’ll be able to help you better.
  • We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Some products that are in our end of season sale are not returnable. Please see product page for more details before placing and order. 😢
  • Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you return your parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you. 🙈
