Coronavirus Delivery

We know it's a difficult time at the moment, but we also appreciate that many of you are trying to maintain a sense of normality by continuing to do the things you love, which includes riding. To help, we have not made the following changes to your orders.

Free UK delivery on all orders: We have removed the minimum spend of £50 to qualify for free delivery. 

Cheaper international delivery on all orders: We have lowered the cost of shipping orders abroad.

Don't worry, we know how much you want to get your hands on your new goodies, so we'll get your latest purchase to you as cheaply and quickly as possible. Shopping online shouldn't be a chore!

International Delivery

We currently offer delivery to most European countries, the USA and Australia. Please note that delivery times are estimates only, and can occasionally take longer. 

Large Items - The following prices do not include delivery of bulky items such as saddlepads. For oversized items, please contact us at for a quick quote.

Easy Returns

You can return most orders to us within 30 days for a full refund, or to exchange it for a different size if it just didn't quite fit right.

We don't currently offer free returns, so the cost of delivery is down to the customer. However, if it's our mistake then we will of course offer to send out a pre-paid delivery label to cover the cost of the return. 

It's the responsibility of the customer until the return arrives back at our warehouse, so we always recommend opting for a trackable delivery option.

The big print

  • Have a faulty or incorrect item or received the wrong item? Let us know first & we’ll be able to help you better.
  • We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Some products that are in our end of season sale are not returnable. Please see product page for more details before placing and order. 😢
  • Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you return your parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you. 🙈
